Based in Dubai for 30 years, Tanvir’s leadership has been recognized with awards from Banker Middle East, Cards International and Freddie Awards.

Tanvir is blessed to be an Instructor and Alumni of Harvard University, where he teaches real estate strategy & finance to global senior executives .

He is Founder & Managing Director of The Partnerships Advisory (TPA), where he advises BFSI entities on successful strategies across Middle East and Africa. TPA has worked with leading Banks, Insurers, FinTechs and PropTechs across Middle East, East Africa and Turkey.

Invited to sit on the Investment Committee of Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF), a $ 545 M Government Venture Debt Fund of the UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF), he is deeply connected with government leadership and decision makers.

At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) Tanvir proved his strategic vision, building and managing the $ 2 B Real Estate secured lending portfolio, with near-zero delinquencies. At ADIB he also launched one of the largest Payments & FinTech businesses in the region, building it to $ 600 M in peak high yield unsecured lending with $ 3 B in annual transaction volumes.

Prior to ADIB, he launched the Advisory division at The International Investor (TII) and built media assets at Motivate Media. He was also Founding Partner at Blue Triangle Capital, Mumbai based, Hospitality Real Estate focused Fund Manager, regulated by the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In addition to being an Instructor and Alumni of Harvard University (USA), Tanvir is a qualified Chartered Marketer (UK), holds a Business degree from Bombay University (India), and graduated high school from Dubai (UAE).
