Sanjoy Sen

Sanjoy Sen is the Group Head of Consumer Bank at DBS Bank and member of the DBS Group Management Committee. DBS, headquartered in Singapore, is a leading financial services group in Asia, recognized globally as the “World’s Best Bank” by Euromoney and Global Finance, and as the “World’s Best Digital Bank” by Euromoney. Sanjoy oversees all consumer businesses globally, driving strategy, business performance, and digital transformation. He fosters ecosystem partnerships, leveraging DBS’s banking and technology capabilities to scale its Consumer business. With 22 years at Citibank and 5 years at ANZ Bank, Sanjoy joined DBS in 2018.

He holds several board positions, including DBS Bank Taiwan, DBS Vickers Holding, DBS Vickers Thailand, and the DBS Foundation, where he champions sustainability and social enterprises. Sanjoy is also a board member and Treasurer at the Singapore Institute of Management, a member of Visa’s Senior Client Council for Asia Pacific and member of the Strategic Advisory Council of the Singapore FinTech Association where he helps steer the FinTech ecosystem towards strategic growth and global expansion. Conferred the IBF Fellow Award for Consumer Banking in 2019, he is passionate about financial innovation, digital inclusion, sustainability, and corporate volunteerism.
